Sixth Form Apprenticeships at KBA

At Kettering Buccleuch Academy, we are proud to support students in exploring a wide range of post-18 pathways — including high-quality apprenticeships. Our Sixth Form team works closely with students to help them identify opportunities that match their interests, strengths, and career goals.

We provide guidance on:

  • Finding and applying for apprenticeships
  • Understanding different levels (including Degree Apprenticeships)
  • Preparing CVs, cover letters, and interview skills
  • Navigating platforms such as UCAS, Amazing Apprenticeships, and the National Apprenticeship Service

Whether students are looking to enter industries such as engineering, healthcare, digital, finance, or creative arts, we ensure they are well-informed and supported every step of the way.

Apprenticeships offer a fantastic alternative to university - combining paid work with training and qualifications, and opening doors to long-term career success.
