Our Careers Programme Focuses On:

- Unifrog Careers Platform – A powerful tool for researching universities, apprenticeships, and careers, used across all year groups.
- University Engagement – Including visits, workshops, and support from UniConnect and the University of Northampton.
- Work Shadowing (Year 12) – Real-world experience to support career choices.
- 1:1 Careers Interviews – Available on request through our partnership with Prospects.
- UCAS & Apprenticeship Support – Help with applications, personal statements, and interview prep.
- Employer Engagement – Talks, site visits, mentoring, and enterprise activities.
- Mock Interviews & CV Workshops – Practical preparation for future applications.
- In house work experience – Opportunities for students to work with both primary and secondary years as classroom helpers
- Alumni Network – Connect with former students for inspiration and advice.
- Industry Related Opportunities – Trips and visits to real life businesses
- Oxbridge Programme – Targeted and tailored Oxbridge programme including support with testing, applications and mock interviews
- Trips and Enrichment – International and national travel opportunities linked to academic subjects
We also work closely with SEMLEP and the Careers & Enterprise Company to ensure our programme meets national standards and reflects the needs of today’s job market.
