Primary Continuity of Learning Plan
Should a child have to self-isolate due to coronavirus, be this independently for 10-14 days, or as part of a whole class bubble, they can continue their learning remotely. This learning will be the same as what they would have done in school and they will receive regular communication and feedback from their class teachers through the Purple Mash website. https://www.purplemash.com/login/
We are confident the measures we have put in place to facilitate remote learning will massively reduce the disruption upon children's learning if they cannot attend school and would invite you to read through and watch the materials within the KBA Continuity of Learning Plan to understand how remote learning will work for your child.
Below are some additional resources if your child isn’t attending school for 10-14 days or more. All other work will be set through Purple Mash and on the Purple Mash Blogs. In the event of a bubble or school closure, Microsoft Teams will be used to deliver 1 hour of live streamed teaching per day. Please download the Teams app on your device or visit https://teams.microsoft.com/ More guidance on using Microsoft Teams is contained within the KBA Continuity of Learning plan.
Below are handwriting packs available for years 1-6. Please download and print at home, if possible. Alternatively practise using an exercise book or paper and email the teacher a photograph of your work through Purple Mash 2Email.
