Virtual Open Evening 2020

Our annual Open Evening is due to take place on Thursday 24th September and we would, normally, be delighted to welcome visitors to the academy for this event.

It is, however, not possible to run this important evening in the same way as previous years due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.

We will, however, still be hosting a Virtual Open Evening and hope that you are able to join us in spirit if not in body.

We actively encourage all parents of students who will be in Year 6 take advantage of our Virtual Open Evening in order to see what we have to offer here at KBA. We firmly believe that 'excellence is a habit' and hope that, after visiting us, you will make our academy first preference for your child for entry in September 2021.

Our academy is a vibrant, dynamic and inspiring environment in which to study and there will be opportunities to take part in a range of activities across all subject areas.

We have been heavily oversubscribed for the last 5 years and expect this to be the case again this year.

Principal's Presentation

On Thursday 24th September our Virtual Open Evening will begin with a live presentation delivered by our Principal, Mr Di Salvo, and other key members of the academy's leadership team.

This will be streamed live to the homepage of our website, all you need to do is browse to and you will see the presentation.

The live presentation is scheduled to start at 7:00pm and further details regarding how to access this will appear here in due course.

This is essential viewing for prospective parents and students as it will give a clear picture of our vision for the academy.

Vision Board Videos

The KBA Vision can be seen below. This is a clear visualisation of our ethos and values.

On Thursday 24th September you will be able to access an interactive version of The KBA Vision. When hovering over the key strands of The KBA Vision you will be able to watch a series of short videos in which members of staff and students will share further information with you.
